Božo Knežević, the representative of the initiative for the adoption of a declaration suspending the law, said yesterday that he and Milinko Gazdić submitted the proposal as citizens who are not politically engaged.

"In this way, I would like to reject any claim from any unsolicited and semi-anonymous announcements that we are politically engaged," Knežević said.

He added that they submitted the initiative in the expectation that the president of the SO, Dragiša Sokić, would convene the session as it should by law and right, which he did not do, and he did not even inform them that the session was not and would not be scheduled.

He thanked councilor Božidar Bajić for accepting to preside over the Assembly, secretary Emina Brković and councilors attending the session.
