The municipal board of the Bosniak Party Podgorica unanimously elected Adem Fetić as the new chairman of the board of the capital city.
Fetić is a long-time member of the Bosniak Party. He was assistant to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, for the forestry sector, and he also worked as the executive director of the Podgorica Forestry Institute, and held the position of general director of the Directorate for Forestry, Hunting and Wood Industry.
He succeeded Nedžad Drešević as chairman of the board.
Thanks to the support he received from the members of the municipal board, Fetić said that it is an honor and a privilege to lead the board of the capital city, but that there are many obligations and challenges ahead.
"We have to provide the environment, to confirm our determination, to achieve results, to present ourselves even stronger and stronger in Podgorica. I have the will to share ideas with the members of the board, especially the young people," said Fetić.
As they said, the board of BS of the capital city will elect vice-presidents of the board, as well as members of the Executive Board, in the coming period.
