The Social Democratic Party (SDP) claims that "a criminal organization headed by, as they suspect, the President of the Assembly and a Social Democrat, Ivan Brajović, "uses blackmail and state resources to influence people's political decision by abusing their living situation."
They point out that they have no problem checking the signatures of all political parties and independent lists in Tivat, which have already been confirmed in the legal procedure.
The SDP also states that it is clear to everyone what kind of abuses "this criminal organization is dealing with".
"This is precisely why we will not give up on publicizing the crimes of their members. Ivan Brajović, currently in the position of the President of the Assembly, should explain to the judicial authorities and the citizens of Montenegro how he managed to get a revolving card with a limit of 1.000 euros in Duško Knežević's bank with a salary of 50.000 euros. In spite of all banking procedures and against the law. The monthly installment for this "special" card to Brajović amounted to more than 3.000 euros per month with interest. The salary was 1.000 euros at the time, and the installment for the card was 3.000. Brajović, where do you get the money? If this information is not correct, go public and say?", according to the SDP announcement.
They allege that Brajović did not return the installments, but that he "used political blackmail" and ensured that the interest calculation was stopped, and that he has not returned the installments for an as-yet-unidentified time.
"In a normal democratic world, this is called organized crime, and the party headed by a man like this is not a party, but, according to our suspicion, a criminal organization. Another member of this, as we suspect, criminal organization, Danilo Orlandić, has been the director of the airport for two years, bypassing most legal procedures hires party members or blackmails workers to become members of his name party. Every citizen of Podgorica or Tivat knows this. This is an open secret that everyone talks about. Only the prosecution is silent. That's why we once again call on them to seize the documentation from this company, find a witness through legal measures associates and arrest this, as we suspect, criminal association. That organization, as we suspect, also has a third member - Damir Šehović, the current Minister of Education. A huge number of educators cannot be employed if they do not sign the SD application form, and various positions are invented for new employments. We call on the prosecutor's office to seize the documentation, provide witness collaborators and bring this member of the criminal organization to justice."
The SDP claims that everyone in the country knows that this "criminal organization is illegally financed, for which there is a final judgment in the case of Ramada".
"Everyone knows that Brajović lied in front of the court, which is written in the verdict. Everyone knows that there is no affair without Ivan Brajović's signature, from Limenka, the camp at Zlatica to 100 million euros of new costs for the highway. And the prosecution is silent on almost all of this. SDP again publicly informs the prosecutor's office that these suspicions can be considered as a criminal complaint against Brajović and Orlandić, and now we extend it to Šehović as well. We will not talk about contracts with private pharmacies and the increased costs of medicines now, bearing in mind the current situation."
SDP called on the prosecutor's office to react and exclude the documentation on employment at the airport and the Ministry of Education.
"They should also take away from the bankruptcy trustee all the documentation from the moment Brajović's "special" revolving card was issued, how the limits were increased and reached 50.000 euros, as well as to check the money flows during the arranged sale of the land in Bjelopavlići. This will clearly show who is Brajović. Let them seize the documentation for Brajović's other loans and check whether the installments were paid back from the salary or cash payments at the counters. And then let them ask Brajović to give him the cash. We call on the prosecution to stop being silent, to show that it is not under party control and that everyone is equal before the law. We repeat once again, the SDP leadership, MPs Draginja Vuksanović Stanković and Raško Konjević, are ready to share all their doubts about this with the prosecutor's office," the announcement concludes.
