The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Brajović, received gifts worth 9.650 euros last year, more than a third of which came from the Romanian delegation in January 2019, according to a document submitted by the institution he heads to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Then, it was reported, the Prime Minister of Romania Vioprika Dancila presented him with cufflinks (120 euros), the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Angel Tilvar a picture (300 euros), the president of the Senate Kalin Tarićeanu a book and a medallion (140 euros), the president of the Foreign Affairs Committee Rozalia Ibolia an album and a painting (450 euros), but the most expensive gift came from the president of their House of Representatives, Livijuom Drafne - a vase whose value was estimated at 2.580 euros.
Last year, he received two gifts from North Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev - a traditional butterfly brooch worth 300 euros at the end of January, and gold earrings from the 500th century valued at 14 euros at the end of May of the same year. During the first meeting, he received a picture of that place in North Macedonia worth 500 euros from the Association of Montenegrins of Vevčani.
He received a monograph of Albania from the Albanian president Iljir Meta (80 euros), a silver tray with a signature from the Greek Prokopis Pavlopoulos (250 euros) and a painting by Jož Ciuh from the Slovenian Borut Pahor (400 euros).
Brajović received a medallion with a wooden frame and a box (80) from Jordanian ambassador Favaz al-Eitan, and a panorama of Izmir on a gilded plate from Turkish ambassador Songul Ozan (400 euros).
Among those who gave gifts to Brajović were the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Maja Gojković, who presented him with a Lycider's heart and a Pirot rug (60 euros), while he received a crystal in the shape of a Slovenian nightingale (100 euros) from the President of the Slovenian National Assembly, Dejan Židan. a Georgian national souvenir (150 euros) from the Speaker of the Parliament Archil Talakvadze, a large porcelain mug (500 euros) from the President of the Great People's Republic of the Assembly of Turkey Mustafa Sentop, and a gilded building of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan with a frame (250 euros) from its President Dariga Nazerbaeva.
He also reported that he received a porcelain plate with the coat of arms of Monaco worth 250 euros from the head of diplomacy of the Principality of Monaco, Gilles Tonelli, and a set of two small bowls and a plate, also made of porcelain, worth 300 euros, from the president of their National Council Stefan Vajeri.
The Law on Prevention of Corruption stipulates that a public official may not receive gifts, except for protocol and occasional gifts.
A protocol gift is considered a gift from a representative of another country or an international organization that is given during a visit. Protocol gifts, regardless of their value, become the property of the state or municipality.
All gifts received by the President of the Assembly are part of state property.
By the way, Brajović submitted to the Agency an extraordinary property record that refers to the increase in property worth over 5.000 euros.
In it, he reported that his wife Dragana Brajović, who works at the Airports of Montenegro, received 11.495 euros in the name of an out-of-court settlement agreement.
At the moment, the regular annual property card is not available for him, but it is for Democrat MP Boris Bogdanović.
His parliamentary salary for most of last year amounted to 1.447 euros and he had no other income.
He owns a "Peugeot" from 2012, which he bought with the help of a loan, and a "Fiat Tempra" from 1992.
Since the end of 2016, he has been repaying a 9.000 euro cash loan, which he is repaying in installments of 250 euros.
Bogdanović gave the Agency permission to inspect the bank accounts.
Bošković mostly received plaques from his colleagues
Most of the gifts that Defense Minister Predrag Bošković received came from his colleagues from other countries.
The Ministers of Defense of the United Arab Emirates Muhammed Bin Ahmed Bovary, Austria Mario Kunasek, Hungary Tibor Benko, Slovenia Karl Erjavec and Latvia Artis Pabriks presented him with plaques, while Italy's Minister of Defense Elizabeth Trenta presented him with a statue of a soldier, Turkey's Hulusi Akar a decorative plate and Egypt's Muhamed Zakia statue.

At the end of last year, Bošković also met with the President of Egypt, El Sisi, from whom he received a decorative vase.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of France, Genevieve Derasiek, presented him with a plaque, a copperplate of the Governor of the American state of Maine, Janet Mills, and a vase from representatives of the "BMC" company.
The value of all the gifts he received last year is 550 euros and all of them are protocol, that is, state property.
