Radović wrote to the Official Gazette: If you publish my decision and the dismissal of Tsarević, you will be held criminally liable

The President of the Municipal Assembly (SO) of Budva, Krsto Radović, sent an urgent letter to the Public Institution Official Gazette of Montenegro, warning them that the publication of the decision adopted by 17 councilors yesterday in the Slovenska Plaža Tourist Resort would be a violation of the law.

Councilors, 17 of them from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Social Democrats (SD), Montenegro and independent councilor Stevan Džaković yesterday, at a session in the conference hall of the tourist resort of Slovenska plaža, unanimously dismissed the mayor of Budva, Marko Tsarević, and the head of parliament, Krsto Radović, and for acting appointed Vladimir Bulatović from Montenegro and DPS councilor Snežana Kuč.

"Taking into account the current events, we consider it necessary to warn you that in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", only decisions and other acts passed at the legal session of the Budva Municipal Assembly, which are properly filed in the archive of the Assembly, can appear , which were signed by the president of the SO Budva, Krsto Radović, and which were certified with the seal of the SO Budva. Otherwise, we would be forced to initiate criminal proceedings against you," Radović stated in the letter.
