Official Democrat Boris Bogdanović told Vijesti that the party will file a criminal complaint against the director of the Official Gazette of Montenegro for serious abuse of official position.
"The decisions published in the Official Gazette are the result of serious abuse of official position by the director of the Official Gazette of Montenegro, against whom we will immediately file a criminal complaint. The publication of such decisions has no legal weight and they are not valid for us. "Also, the publication of individual legal acts in the Official Gazette has no essential, but protocol significance, bearing in mind that they state that they come into force on the day of adoption, not on the day of publication in the Official Gazette", said Bogdanović.
He pointed out that "DPS tried to deceive the international community, which called for a dialogue, but any fraudulent amateurism will pass the same as an amateur coup".
"In this way, Bulatović could declare himself the president of the European Commission, and Snežana Kuč the president of the Macedonian Parliament. However, we do not guarantee that they will not try, bearing in mind the amateurism of these scandalous DPS coup plotters. We continue the fight for a free Budva and the defense of Article 2 of the Constitution of Montenegro. We will have a sharp response from all levels of organization for any attempt to apply such invalid papers. Citizens should be on alert," Bogdanović concluded.
