The municipal board of the URA Rožaje will, in accordance with its capabilities, try to influence the public and certain entities to contribute to the residents of the local community of Balotiće, in accordance with the legally defined rules, and in the part of the road called Crešnje, where the passability of the residents of this place is extremely risky , ensure safe and unhindered traffic, pointed out from the Rožaj committee of the URA movement after a visit to this local community.
In the announcement of the Rozaj URA, it is added that the problem of these locals is the steep macadam road 1,5 km long, which is so narrow that one minimal mistake by the driver could be fatal.
As they pointed out, at the invitation of the local community of Balotića, the chairman of the board, Husein Ljaić, together with the members of the board, visited the local community of this local community.
"Locals emphasized at the meeting that the previous government of the DPS never even tried to solve the problem of rural infrastructure. As befits this party, they would usually promise before the elections that they would solve the problem, and with certain food items they would influence the electorate to agree The Bosniak party, as the new government in Rožaje, promised that it would finally solve the problem of a narrow and extremely risky road for daily traffic for about 20 households in this village, but to this day that problem has not been solved," explained the Rožaje GP URA board.
The locals, as they say from the URA movement, pointed out that there are several councilors in the local parliament from that local community who simply do not look at the problem.
"According to them, any attempt to solve this problem for the councilors or representatives of this place is an aggravating circumstance because they do not want to resent the local authorities, which clearly describes the image and way of governing in Rožaje. It is known that until now none of the ruling structures has tried to help them, to go around them or, in some extreme case, to make it easier for them, even if it was by embanking a certain part of the road, which is basically all in canals," the URA movement from Rožaj emphasizes.
The board of the URA Rožaje also says that the locals are forced to manually clean this part of the road in the winter, even if they had firm promises in the pre-election race that they would not continue with the DPS tradition.
"The only known post-election activity of the local government to the locals is the so-called marketing distribution of greenhouses, which went into the hands of certain officials, far from encouraging agriculture in the countryside, which was its primary goal. The neglect of the citizens of Rožaj has become a common trend inherited by the green outpost of DPS- and from their predecessors," the board of the URA Rožaje points out.
They also draw the public's attention to what they say is "the irresponsibility of the green DPS in the example from the Municipal Municipality of Bukovica where the residents of that place are also neglected by the local administration".
The URA movement also claims that the local public broadcaster - Radio Rožaje is in the hands of BS and that these citizens' problems do not get a place in their program, as well as announcements by opposition parties and therefore not by the URA Civic Movement.
"The best example of media darkness is the prevention of providing clear facts to the public for inspection through the public broadcaster - Radio Rožaje. Although the Rožaj URA officially sent a letter to the address of Radio Rožaj, in which an answer is requested as to why a committee is being denied the right to have its announcements transmitted over the airwaves of Radio Rožaj, the answer was never received," claim the Rožaj URA movement.
They appeal to all citizens of Rožaj to stand decisively in defense of their interests at the first opportunity and to democratically punish all blackmailers from the authorities.
