HURRY: A civilizational breakthrough, the illegitimate and captive Assembly surprised itself

The final adoption of the Law on Life Partnership of Persons of the Same Sex is a civilizational step forward for our society towards greater respect for human rights and respect for our differences, announced the Civic Movement URA.

The rights of the LGBTIQ community, as emphasized in that party, cannot threaten the rights of any other community, but this equality is the guarantee of their protection.

"We are sorry that the URA movement, as a proven protector of human rights, due to a four-year boycott today was not able to stamp this act with its presence in the Parliament of Montenegro, but it is good that even this kind of illegitimate and captive Parliament managed to surprise itself. The fight against any form of discrimination is a fundamental pillar of the URA movement, so we hope that with the adoption of this law, an era of greater understanding and acceptance of all our differences, as well as the equality of all citizens, guaranteed by the Constitution, will begin," the URA Civic Movement's Twitter account stated.
