Krapović: Divanović was brought in to implement the plan of Marović's OKG to charge EUR 30 million of stolen criminal money

Dragan Krapović, the vice-president of the Democrats and a member of the local parliament, assessed that what is on the scene is the continuation of the activities of an organized criminal group that is trying to owe the Municipality of Budva 30 million euros.

He noted that it is about 30 million euros of criminal money in the waste water plant project, which was the work of OKG headed by Svetozar Marović and the Government headed by Milo Đukanović.

"The municipality has already been under physical blockade for 24 days by the illegal private security that manages the police. In addition, the Municipality has been in a financial blockade for about a month and a half. The temporary measure of the Commercial Court, which has jurisdiction over disputes between the Government and the Municipality of Budva, was completely illegal. Gentlemen from the Government, first of all the Minister of Finance Darko Radunović and the Vice President Milutin Simović completely illegally blocked the Municipality of Budva in a political, economic and tourist delicate moment. The question arises as to why the Municipality blocked itself, whether it will run away somewhere and not pay its obligations", asked Krapović.

He pointed out that "gentlemen who were brought to the Municipality to finish that criminal act".

"As if to say, put a thread on the work that adorns it. This current quasi-majority, with quasi-representatives of the people led by Divanović and others whose names I do not want to mention, will try to owe the Municipality and the citizens of Budva 30 million euros. They must know, before that, that those 30 million were caused by an organized criminal group not headed by Svetozar Marović, the Government headed by Milo Đukanović and the Minister of Finance Igor Lukšić, and they failed to put that money on the citizens of Budva. Of course, as in all other cases starting with KAP, Željezara, Pobjeda, Montenegro airlines and now WTE wastewater, no one will be held accountable because the Special State Prosecutor's Office is not doing its job, because the courts are not doing their job, all possible institutions are misused for the purpose of seizing the Municipality of Budva from the people. Now the Commercial Court and all other necessary instances will be misused, so that 30 million euros of criminally stolen money from the citizens of Budva and Montenegro will fall exclusively on the citizens," said Krapović.

He asserted that Divanović, Predrag Jelušić, Milutin Simović and Darko Radunović, as well as the gentlemen from the Commercial Court, will do it.

"Here on the scene is first open repression, and then the continuation of the activities of the OKG, which operated until 2016, and which we ended with our authority. I remind you that during my term of office, 25 million euros of debts were returned and seven million euros were left in the account, and we did not borrow a cent. They will try during the period of a month and a half of the illegal authorities during the election period to owe the citizens of Budva 30 million euros. I am telling them that after the elections are over, all harmful, quasi-decisions that will be made will be canceled within five days. So it will not bear fruit for them, they will have to unblock the Municipality's account and they will have to leave the Municipality building with their heads down and never come back," said Krapović.
