URA's election platform "Black on white", which would be better suited by the title "Black from black", laid bare the essence of that political entity, although that was certainly not their intention, said DPS deputy Danijel Živković.
He believes that by publishing the content of the platform and the names of the signatories and supporters of its text, "the public can finally create a clear picture of why the strategists of the media-political concern persistently fail to achieve their political goals in the elections".
"Based on the latest actions of the URA, it can be concluded that this group is not choosing means to somehow skip the census and get hold of the parliament. Because how else to understand that on the same list are recent activists for joining NATO and its opponents, former independenceists and unionists. Stefan Đukić and Dritan Abazović, bitter rivals from the campaign to join NATO, now want power from the same list. Can anyone imagine that duo steering any local institution, let alone the state?" said Živković.
The MP of DPS believes that the URI itself is best "witnessed by their columnist pens who educate the US embassy in Montenegro".
"What kind of group we are talking about is best evidenced by their first columnists, who these days also educate the US Embassy in Montenegro. Some of them publicly resent the Americans who told Montenegro in the advertising video that they share its sense of freedom, impolitely saying that those from the URA would feel much better if the American citizens would no longer cheat on them," said the DF deputy.
"All this shows what the URA is in essence - a hidden Trojan horse of the DF, whose task is to attract a part of the Montenegrin electorate for their needs, primarily from the SDP, but also from the Democrats. And they will publicly play the culprit that the opposition does not go to the elections in one column. Abazović is only there in the role of an "honest Albanian". Some claim knowingly, some unknowingly. That is why the name "Black from black" suits the URA platform better, and that is why the state-building forces, sincerely dedicated, will win the elections in August European values and Euro-Atlantic integrations," said Živković.
