The Committee Club of Democratic Montenegro, in an open letter, asked the President of the Kolašin Municipal Assembly (SO) Milan Đukić to provide numerous answers to the public and members of the local parliament "about the new situation related to the establishment of local Radio Television (RTV)".
Among other things, the Democrats are asking Đukić to say who misused the parliamentary seal.
From that committee club, they say that Djukic "publicly admitted what the Democrats have been pointing out for months."
They call the founding of RTV "legal insanity and violence, which took place behind the eyes of the entire Kolasin public."
"Misuse of the parliamentary seal is, as you yourself know, a criminal offense, as well as inciting you to sign something illegal. We are interested in who are the persons who did this. It is impossible for the parliamentary seals to be under the jurisdiction of anyone except the parliamentary service managed by the secretary of the Assembly with all the rights and obligations of the head of the body, but also you, personally, as the first man of the local parliament," the open letter reads.
The Democrats' parliamentary club, as they wrote, "despite insurmountable political differences with Đukić", welcomes his "decision not to break the law".
They explain that "keeping the Constitution and the law is something that must oblige everyone together and about which we should be together until the end, because politics is one thing, and undermining any institution is a completely different thing".
"You said that a group of people formed around the President of the Council of RTV Zoran Rakočević and the director of the non-existent RTV Dragoslav Jeknić Šafto who were helpers during the abuse of the parliamentary seal and pressure on you personally. The question arises as to who these people are, who and in what way could help those people in carrying out illegal actions? The Democrats have previously informed the public about the legal stunts that the Council carried out, from the fact that the radio is not registered, that it is not in the CRPS, to the illegal election of Jeknić as the head of something that does not exist in legal circulation and more called on the executive power to react several times, however - without success," he wrote in an open letter to the president of the SO.
The Democrats claim that their suspicions have come true and recall that on July 23, they demanded that Đukić provide them with a copy of all documents related to the registration of RTV Kolašin, which have the seal of the SO, as well as a copy of all authorizations that someone received on behalf of the SO.
"Since it is completely clear even after your statement that certain groups and accomplices in the commission of criminal offenses were formed, we remind you of the obligation, according to the Criminal Code, to report all the perpetrators of the criminal offense that you described, because, otherwise, and You are subject to criminal responsibility. We invite you to, without delay, file a criminal complaint against the persons who committed the illegal actions described in your previous statement," demanded the councilors of the Democrats from Đukić.
By announcing the names of all persons who participated in the actions surrounding the establishment of RTV, as the party claims, Đukić will "in the best way protect the dignity of the local parliament of which he is the head".
They also demand that the president of SO Kolašin "deliver all the documentation concerning the establishment of RTV to the councilors and the prosecutor's office".
"You are obliged to do so, because the Assembly is neither yours nor ours, but of all the citizens of Kolašin... In the hope that you will inform us and the competent institutions as soon as possible with all the evidence at your disposal, we expect you to react quickly and protect the public interest. prosecutor's office we invite him to take all the actions that are within his jurisdiction," said the Democratic councilor club to the president of SO Kolašin.
