Usurped by a handful of powerful people, our beautiful country is sinking uncontrollably into the darkness of primitivism, corruption, crime, along with the unprecedented abuse of companies, institutions and power, announced the Democrat MP in the Assembly, Valentina Minić.
She adds that in support of this statement, the charlatan response of the director of the National Park "Biogradska gora" Rajko Golubović - to the request she made under Article 50 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
"Unlike his predecessor, the director, Saša Jeknić, who hid information for exactly two years - on the order of the scandal master, Elvira Klica (known for his statement that in addition to 3 business premises, 2 houses and 4 cars, he deserves an apartment as a gift because he has nothing in Podgorica), the "newly minted" Mr. Rajko Golubović still responds, but in a truly unusual, not to say frightening and scandalous way. It is difficult to even imagine a public company (or its organizational unit) in any European country, whose director he does not have the authority to act according to the law and the Constitution. The sentence: "As part of the duties of the director of NP Biogratska Gora, I do not have the authority to provide the requested information" - served this manager (member and until recently councilor of OO DPS Mojkovac) as a reason to refuse to answer me to general questions, which, hopefully, should be available on the company's website to all citizens of Montenegro," said Minic.
"The question arises - who could forbid the director, Mr. Golubović, to act according to the Constitution, the law, the JPNP Statute, and the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro? Who is the man who has more power in his hands than the state and its legal order? I invite Mr. the director to immediately, directly and clearly answer to the citizens and relevant authorities who is the person who perpetrates this type of legal violence, torture, intimidation and incitement to the criminal offense of abuse of official position?", asked Minić.
He adds that after looking at this kind of answer, which represents a kind of evidentiary material - I think that the whole of Montenegro must ask themselves who are the directors of the companies that we pay
"What kind of credibility do they have, from which basements, services or committees, are they waiting for orders to violate the Constitution and laws of our country, and how long will the citizens of Montenegro be victims of DPS officials who are catapulted from the committee benches to the director's chairs. Due to suspicion of abuse of official position , party recruitment, and inventing non-existent jobs in the public company NP "Biogratska gora", evident concealment of data on the number of employees before the election, and concealment of contracts on temporary and casual jobs, I call on the competent inspection authorities and the prosecution to check this party company and inform the public about possible embezzlements that are being tried to be covered up," Miničeva's statement concludes.
