The Budva committee of Montenegro accused the director of the "Ju Museum and Gallery of Budva" and the president of the local DEMOS, Lucija Đurašković, that in the previous four years she managed to "save the severance clause in the amount of 24 personal incomes in her contract, promote party nepotism through employment, as well as to establish a mobbing regime, which can be seen from the letters of the employees of the institution he manages".
"First of all, it is simply not clear to us in what capacity Ms. Đurašković is addressing our representatives. As the worst manager of a public institution in the Municipality of Budva?
As a representative of a party that does not have its own municipal committee and is even left without councilors?
Is it as a spokesperson for the group to which she belonged (DF, from which she left in 2015 and became an independent councilor)? Is it as a spokesperson for the group in which Demos merged, and whose representatives had objections to the work in question in the previous three years?
What we know for sure is how your employees feel, some of whom you made redundant during the previous week. If you are wondering how we know, the answer is simple - from the correspondence of employees from museums and galleries, as well as the correspondence of the Union of Museums and Galleries", they say in a statement from Montenegro and add:
"What you have managed to do is to preserve the severance clause in the amount of 24 personal incomes in your contract during these four years, promote party nepotism through employment, as well as to establish a mobbing regime, as can be seen from the letters of the employees of the institution you manage.
When you say that you paid back the debts, you are telling a lie again. The municipality of Budva is the one that returned the tax debts, and the technical route of the money is another matter. The municipality transferred the money to the institution with which you settled the tax debt, but YOU even spent part of that money on the salaries and overtime hours of the employees that you had accumulated in the previous period", they point out in Crnogorska.
As they emphasize, "the insinuations of Đurašković that you direct to fellow citizens who live on salary, without having ownership, founding and other types of shares in companies in Budva, unlike her principals, are also interesting."
"It's also interesting that you also engage in other people's personal hobbies, and they don't bother you with those who instruct you. You probably think that your "third eye" is all-seeing, so you should use one to see and start telling the truth and say who inadvertently contributed to the blocking of the account, when it was blocked and to whom all wages were not paid and why.
You could first of all deal with the situation in your collective, which should be the embodiment of cultural life, understanding of the real needs of fellow citizens, and not the center of financial stumbling, which threatens all employees in the collective existentially", the announcement concludes.
