There are tens of thousands of "phantoms" in the voter list, on the basis of which the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) won the previous elections, said the leader of the Socialist People's Party, Vladimir Joković.

As announced by the SNP, Joković visited the capital Cetinje today and toured the Cetinje Monastery.

It is stated that during the visit, at their request, Joković met with long-term ODIHR observers Nils Nilsen and Jozef Oriška, with whom he discussed the current situation in Montenegro in the run-up to the upcoming elections.

Joković pointed out to the representatives of ODHIR the problems that the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition is facing during the election campaign.

"On the numerous irregularities in the voter list, on the tens of thousands of phantoms that are in it and on the basis of which Milo Đukanović and his DPS won the previous elections," the announcement says.

Joković pointed out that this time they will not succeed because, as he stated, the people are determined to send the regime into the political past.
