Abazović: Bring Đukanović into custody, here is the proof that he damaged the state for 115 million euros

The leader of the "Black on White" coalition, Dritan Abazović, showed today at a press conference the document that the government of then Prime Minister Milo Đukanović signed with the company Fersa regarding the Možura Wind Power Plant, even though that company had sold that work to another company eight months earlier.

"Here is the crown proof that the Možura contract is null and void. Vladimir Kavarić signed a contract with Fersa in October 2015, and Fersa sold that business to Cifidex in February of the same year, that is, eight months earlier. This is how the criminal offense and the contract were committed must become null and void. The Supreme State Prosecutor (VDT) and the Special State Prosecutor (SDT), if there are any, have nothing more to investigate, the matter is clear, they must arrest Đukanović," Abazović said.

He added that everything is clear here, namely that the then Minister of Economy Vladimir Kavarić signed a contract with a company that had no business at all.

"All with the aim of hiding the disputed company Cifidex. However, the papers are inexorable. Here is the Fersa audit report, it clearly states, in black and white, that they sold the business on February 12, 2015. But that's not all, the prosecution can take over the papers if they want from us, so they will see another fraud. We also discovered that the contract between Cifidex and International Clean Energy Limited states that Cifidex has no employees. Imagine that, a business worth 115 million is being bought by a company without an employee. What a scandal!", said the leader of the coalition Black and white," said Abazović.

He said that it does not end there.

"Here is the proof that Adriatic Capit Advisory, with that contract, received a monthly fee of 40.000 euros for consulting services. We are asking them to submit invoices so we can see what they did for that money, what those services were. We discovered that this company is buying real estate in Porto Montenegro and imagine that, right next to the plot of land of Bran Gvozdenović's son, who runs the company Iron Investment, which we talked about earlier. So, they take money out of Možura, in order to invest in real estate. Citizens pay through their electricity bills for the enormous enrichment of related parties who are in the orbit of Branimir Gvozdenović and Milo Đukanovic," said Abazović.

The leader of the "Crno na bijelo" coalition said that due to malfeasance around Možura, a journalist was killed in Malta, and the citizens of Montenegro were damaged for 115 million euros.

"We demand that VDT arrest those responsible and cancel the contract. In this way, we will return Možura to state ownership, and save the money of all citizens in the budget. If he does not do this, it will be clear that Ivica Stanković and his team are part of a corruption network, or they are afraid to say the truth," concluded Abazović.
