"At polling stations 7 and 8, contrary to Article 72 of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, Božidar Zvicer and Andrija Lompar do not fulfill their rights and duties prescribed by law and rules, but abuse their position in a way that violates the Rules on Designating and organization of polling stations and measures to ensure the secrecy of voting. The mentioned persons are at the entrance to the polling stations, where they identify voters, talk to them and in other ways go out of their jurisdiction," Jokić's complaint states.
He reminds that according to the rulebook, the polling station is considered to be the object of the request and the yard of the building where the polling station is located.
"We demand that the MEC conduct a check, ensure that the presidents of the polling boards ensure order at the polling stations and the secrecy of voting, and that if these persons do not harmonize their behavior with the law, remove them from the polling stations due to violations of the rules and legal provisions that guarantee the secrecy of voting "The same thing happens at polling stations 3, 4, 5, and 6 in Dobrota, as well as at polling stations 9 and 10 in Stari grad and, as a rule, from SD representatives," Jokić's complaint states.
