The Social Democrats of Kotor announced that Andrija Lompar and Boško Zvicer were determined by the conclusions of the Municipal Electoral Commission as authorized representatives in the expanded composition of the electoral committees.
Holder of the electoral list Vladimir Jokić - "Kotor is our nation" - Democrats - Democratic Montenegro, Vladimir Jokić submitted a complaint to the Municipal Election Commission in Kotor "due to abuses by Božidar Zvicer and Andrija Lompar", it was announced from this election list.
"In order to inform the public, especially the citizens of Kotor, and based on the allegations of Mr. Vladimir Jokić, a member of the Democratic Montenegro party, that the members of the municipal committee of the Social Democrats, Andrija Lompar and Boško Zvicer, "grossly violate the secrecy of voting at polling stations 7 and 8", we inform you that based on Article 36 of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro" No. 010/18 of 16.02.2018), Andrija Lompar and Boško Zvicer were determined by the conclusions of the Municipal Electoral Commission as authorized representatives in the expanded composition of electoral committees. Paragraph 4 of the same Article stipulates that the authorized representative participates in the work and makes valid decisions five days before the day set for holding the election. Based on all of the above, Andrija Lompar and Boško Zvicer have the full right to stay at polling stations No. 7 and 8 in the capacity of authorized representatives in the expanded composition of the electoral board without violating any of the legal provisions," said the Kotor Social Democrats.
