One of the authorized representatives of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) deliberately tried to hide the control coupons of the polling stations in order to invalidate the vote at that polling station, announced the candidate for deputy of the "Black on White" platform, Miloš Konatar.
He explained that a certain MO did this at the polling station near Sava Kovačević Boulevard in Podgorica, where about a thousand citizens voted, by throwing one coupon under their feet and the other under a chair.
"DPS had a motive to alienate the control coupons during the inspection so that they would not match the number of ballots, which would create the conditions for the cancellation of voting from that place," Konatar said.
Konatar emphasized that this is the biggest offense, and that the DPS is aware of this and tried to change the electoral will of the citizens.
He pointed out that this is stated in the official note signed by representatives of the Municipal Election Commission (MEC) in Podgorica from all parties, including DPS.
He added that it was a criminal act, and asked the State Election Commission (SEC) and MEC Podgorica if, after such an incident, it makes sense to respect the objections of the DPS.
"I call on the representatives of the DPS to keep the peace at this moment and to be dignified in order to enable a peaceful transition of power," he pointed out.
Konatar appealed to the DPS not to change the electoral will, and that it should be clear to everyone that there is no price at which they would defend it.

"Let's not fall for the latest shocks of DPS. This attempt to rewrite the electoral will is a coordinated action with what happened in Pljevlja, Berane and Pogorica," said Konatar.
He called on citizens and representatives of the government and the opposition to remain calm, and pointed out that he would inform international organizations about this.
Milan Goderović, authorized representative of the platform "Black on White" in the SEC, said that they have information from a representative of an electoral list that a similar situation happened in Kotor.
"It is another confirmation of the template according to which the DPS works in an organized manner," said Goderović.
He explains that the DPS, fully in accordance with the law, requested an inspection of the election materials at 82 polling stations in Podgorica, but that it is disputed that they were present at the polling stations in large numbers during the voting.
"If you controlled in all places, and in 70 to 80 percent, there is no finding that there are no major irregularities, in such a situation the motive of the DPS is to get election materials. They did not choose 80 polling stations by chance, where there are 50 thousand voters". Doderovic said.
