SPP: We are afraid of Bosniak and Bosnian blank trust in Đukanović

The Justice and Reconciliation Party in Montenegro, which is part of the "Black on White" coalition, sent an open letter to several addresses in Bosnia and Herzegovina in which they state that they are afraid of "Bosnian and Bosnian blank trust" in the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović and the Democratic Party of Socialists , the party behind it.

An open letter from the Party of Justice and Reconciliation in Montenegro addressed to the head of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein Kavazović, SDA president Bakir Izetbegović, BiH Presidency member Šefik Džaferović, SBK, the Sandžakli Association in Sarajevo, the President of People and Justice Elmedin Konaković, and more media in Bosnia and Herzegovina are broadcast in full.

"We are encouraged by the interest and willingness of institutions, groups and individuals to provide help and protection to their brothers from Pljevlja, Sandžak and Montenegro, as well as to preserve the honor and lives of the descendants of Pljevlja mufti Šemsikadić, the way the people of Taslidža with him at the head protected their lives and honor of Bosnia and Bosniaks in the second half of the 19th century, when they bravely fought for Tuzla, Doboj, Sarajevo... The fact that the Bosniaks have learned the lessons of the past and will never allow a new black bird - Srebrenica - is also encouraging. Bosnia and Bosniaks perceive Montenegro as a friendly country, a partner and comrade in arms towards Euro-Atlantic integration, but at the same time they are frightened by the superficial perception of a partner, friend and comrade, as well as the real situation in Montenegro.

We are afraid of the Bosniak and Bosnian blank trust in the man and the party behind him. Trust in the man and the party that, with the (sneer) of Bosniaks in Montenegro, as well as all other citizens, has been kept in slavery, fear, division and blackmail for 30 years. Do we as a people have the right to that? Do you have the right to do that? Because to give support to a man under whose rule all the crimes against Bosniaks in Montenegro took place, the ethnic cleansing in Bukovica, the Lim police action in 1993 during which the entire innocent leadership of the SDA party in Montenegro was arrested and tortured, up to the monstrous deportation Bosniak refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Karadžić directly to death - and, apparently, forcefully pushing Bosniaks into his arms is inadmissible.

Did he perhaps repent or ask for forgiveness from Bosnia for permanently spreading hatred, inciting crimes through his then media RTCG and the daily Pobjeda during the aggression against Bosnia? We are concerned that there are few people in Bosnia who notice that Đukanović never actually left the 90s and that he is the one systematically feeding that chauvinism and Chetism in Montenegro by impunity for crimes, incidents, and sporadic outbursts of religious and national hatred. Isn't the best and most obvious example the incidents of a few days ago in Pljevlje, where Đukanović's police did not process a single case of attacks on Bosniaks or the Islamic community?

We were taken aback and unpleasantly surprised, by all accounts, by the synchronized performance of certain media and individuals directed towards the civil coalition. Black on white, of which SPP is one of the proud members, where the focus and target was obviously placed on the holders of that list, Mr. Dritan Abazović and the president of our party, Mr. Hazbija Kalač.

The amount of untruths, half-truths, misinformation and fear-mongering in order to present the above as a danger to the national interests of Bosniaks in Montenegro, as well as the region, and even Bosnia itself, is truly astounding.

It is clear to us that such an approach is intended to influence the coalition Black on white and its leaders, in order to possibly change their position on the necessity of political changes in Montenegro, without Đukanović and his DPS. Of course, we will remain consistent with the promise to the citizens that we made during the campaign and for which the citizens delegated us, which is the removal of the corrupt government and a strong step towards European integration with all the benefits that this path brings. We know it won't be an easy road, but if we don't start solving things now, we fear that in four years it could be too late.

On the other hand, the clear and unequivocal support from Brussels, Berlin and other European centers to our platform in efforts to make Montenegro a safe country for everyone, therefore also for Bosniaks, legally regulated and economically stable, gives us the right to, as a member of the platform Black on white, and at the same time as a permanent Bosniak party that has been fighting for the dignity of our and other peoples for many years in Montenegro and Sandžak, we invite prominent institutions, groups, individuals, but also the entire Bosnian-Herzegovinian public to help our fight for a better European tomorrow, both Bosniaks and all other citizens in Montenegro, and therefore also neighboring countries, including our beautiful Bosnia, by, on the one hand, seeking the urgent finding and prosecution of the perpetrators of the incidents in Pljevlje, and on the other hand, recognizing and supporting the fact that citizens of Montenegro want changes after 30 years.

One thing is certain: there is no option by which we would endanger the European or NATO future of Montenegro, its foreign policy course or good relations with Bosnia or any other neighbor.

Đukanović is a European and regional political past and nothing can change that fact. That is why we ask you as brothers to respect it and that, through cooperation with us or another Bosniak political party that has also announced participation in a coalition government with us and other parties, also respect the electoral fact that the majority of the citizens of Montenegro want changes, a faster European path, higher standards, better inter-ethnic relations and cooperation with neighbors, including Bosnia.

It is in the interest of Bosniaks, as well as all other citizens, that the change of government strongly influences things to get better. Bosniaks are the poorest citizens today. Municipalities where Bosniaks make up the majority or there are a significant number of them are the most underdeveloped in Montenegro. The national corps is artificially divided into several columns. Most Bosniaks emigrate from Montenegro...

This is the right moment for the Montenegrin society to which we belong to make a key step towards true democratization and the realization of the civil and national rights of Bosniaks and all citizens, and to rapidly move towards European integration and the rule of law.

What truly scares Bosniaks in Montenegro is the real danger that, in the near future, with the existing DPS system of values ​​and false democracy, it would be too late for such a thing, and that in a few years we may wake up in a different Montenegro, which would be burden, not only to itself, but also to everyone in the environment, with a special emphasis on Bosnia and Herzegovina, states the open letter of the Party of Justice and Reconciliation in Montenegro.
