"Great People's Coalition - For the Future of Kotor" will file a criminal complaint with the Kotor Prosecutor's Office against eight members of the Municipal Election Commission for attempting to forcibly change the electoral will of the citizens.
"At today's session, the municipal election commission in Kotor made an unconstitutional and illegal decision with the intention of providing the Croatian citizens' initiative with a mandate in the local parliament," said Siniša Kovačević on behalf of the "Great People's Coalition - For the Future of Kotor".
He adds that "DPS with its satellites violently tried to change the electoral will of the citizens of Kotor, through its eight members of the Municipal Election Commission".
"The "Great People's Coalition for the Future of Kotor" will file a criminal complaint against them with the ODT-Kotor. In this way, the outgoing DPS proves for the umpteenth time that it does not respect the laws of the state of Montenegro and its Constitution", Kovačević said.
