The main asset for getting a job in the Public Enterprise National Parks of Montenegro (JP NPCG) is to be a member of the Social Democrats of Montenegro (SD) and to gather votes for them.
This was told by Aleksandar Lubarda for "Vijesti", who worked at that company for two years under contract.
He said that he did not complain about political employment before, because he was constantly promised a permanent solution, which he did not receive despite, as he claims, good results.
The director of that company, Elvir Klica, rejected the accusations and clarified that Lubardi did not extend the contract because the NGO Carp suggested to him that he was not working as he should.
"People are trying to get involved in politics, which has nothing to do with politics. They did not achieve good results and that is the only truth. Disciplinary proceedings were also conducted against him, he was sleeping at his workplace..." said Klica.
Mišo Banović from NGO Carp denied, however, Klice's allegations, claiming that it had nothing to do with Lubarda losing his job.
"I don't know what he is talking about, we have not suggested an extension or termination of the contract for any employee, nor do we interfere in it".
A few days ago, Dražen Ivanović and Veliša Miranović accused the management of JP NPCG of firing politically unsuitable people despite their good work results, because they did not agitate for SD.
Lubarda told an almost identical story.
"I have achieved a lot of results on Lake Skadar, in terms of poaching and confiscated illegal hunting equipment, and especially in terms of tourism and ticket collection. "Because of my job, I went to trials every ten days, if not once a week," he claims.
He accuses director Nenad Ivanović of bad interpersonal relations and dismissal from NP "Skadarsko jezero".
Lubarda said that he got a job in that NP in March 2018.
"They extended my contract for two years. The first time we were politically removed from work for about two months, that was after six months of my work. Then one of the directors, Adnan Bišević, came and asked me to join the SD and collect votes. When I told them I did it, I started working again. It was like that until June 1 of this year, when they had to give me a solution, because even then, I had been working intermittently for two years. Instead, they told me not to come to work anymore, but they promised to give me a solution until the election. This is all the fault of our director, Nenad Ivanovic, who suggests for dismissal those who do not suit him, despite their results. For him, the results have no influence on obtaining a permanent solution either, because instead of the valuable ones, he gives them to the eligible ones," he said.
Bišević claims that this is a notorious lie, and that this is all he will say, and he will tell the rest before the competent authorities.
Lubarda pointed out that, despite everything, until a few days ago he expected that he would be returned to work.
"I am dissatisfied with their method of evaluation. They announced a competition and the condition was a year of work experience. They hired a guy with only three months of experience, not me. Probably because they found out that I didn't collect their votes last time either. "Probably also because Ivanovic presents me as the biggest idler, and I interrupted my vacation to come to work at his request," he said.
