Although it was announced, today there will be no talks between the negotiating teams of the three coalitions that won the majority in the parliamentary elections, but informal consultations of individual leaders will be held, "Vijesti" confirmed.
The goal is to resolve some doubts before returning to the negotiating table, it was explained.
It is planned that tomorrow (Monday) the leaders of the coalitions "For the future of Montenegro", "Peace is our nation" and Black on white", Zdravko Krivokapić, Aleksa Bečić and Dritan Abazović, and the leaders of the parties that make up these coalitions will also meet at that big meeting they will discuss the program and priorities of the future Government, as well as the division of departments
Yesterday, as in previous meetings, the main principles of the formation of the new government were discussed, which are based on the Agreement previously signed by the leaders of the coalitions "For the Future of Montenegro", "Peace is our Nation" and Black and White", Zdravko Krivokapić, Aleksa Bečić and Dritan Abazović.
The division of portfolios has not yet been discussed in detail at the meetings, and for now it is likely that the coalition headed by Professor Zdravko Krivokapić will take the position of Mandate, and "Peace is our Nation" the President of the Assembly.
The qualitative and in-depth way of division of departments is still being discussed, while the participation of representatives of minority parishes is indisputable and they are counted on, "Vijesti" was told.
Although there were calculations that the position of head of the parliament would be covered by the leader of the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić, the party said that this had not been agreed upon.
They also denied the unofficial information that Bečič will take that position.
At yesterday's meeting, representatives of the "Peace is our Nation" coalition said that they will internally agree on who will be in that position, if it finally belongs to them by agreement.
The constitutive session of the Assembly is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, when the president of the parliament, vice-presidents and the president of the Administrative Committee of the Assembly, which is important for further personnel decisions, should be elected.
Representatives of the three coalitions are optimistic that an agreement will be reached, and that the legal deadlines give them a wide room for maneuver.
Talks are conducted at the level of negotiation teams in order to technically reach an agreement, after the check follows the political one - the leader of the coalition, it was explained to "Vijesta" earlier.
The coalition "For the future of Montenegro" is represented by Slaven Radunović (Nova), Predrag Bulatović (DNP) and Branko Radulović (PzP) and Dragan Ivanović (SNP), "Peace is our nation" Boris Bogdanović and Momo Koprivica from Democratic Montenegro and Miodrag Lekić (Demos) and "Crno na bijelo" Zoran Mikić and Filip Adžić (GP URA) and Srđa Pavićević (Civis).
Yesterday, at the meeting, the Civic Movement URA was asked to explain the position of the Main Board session of that movement, that in this "delicate moment and in a divided society such as Montenegrin, people who by their actions divide Montenegro and cause negative emotions among a certain number of citizens cannot receive portfolios in the new government".
Representatives of the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition asked for clarification to whom it refers.
