The president of the Beran municipality, Dragoslav Šćekić, resigned today as a member of the Montenegrin parliament.
Šćekić was elected as an MP on the list of the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition, as a representative of the Socialist People's Party.
He previously announced that Milosava Paunović will replace him in the Parliament of Montenegro.
Šćekić is the fifth member of parliament who resigned from that position after the constitutive session of the Assembly, which was held on September 23.
Previously, Stevan Katic, Zoran Pažin, Gordana Đurović and Ivan Vuković submitted their resignations in the Montenegrin parliament.
Katić was replaced by Danilo Šaranović, and Pažin by Ljuiđ Škrelja.
