The outgoing Government of Prime Minister Duško Marković authorized the Minister of Economy, Dragica Sekulić, to sign a contract on the award of a concession for the construction of a small hydropower plant "Kuludra 2" on the Kaludarska watercourse with the concessionaire "Hidroenergija Montenegro" in the municipality of Beran.
The owners of Hidroenergia Montenegro are businessman Ranko Radović (60%) and the Podgorica company Hemera Capital (40%). It owns the Jezerštica, Bistrica, Spaljevići, Orah, Rmus and Šekular power plants. According to data from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), the authorized representative of "Hidroenergija Montenegro" is businessman Oleg Obradović.
This Agreement gives the concessionaire the right to design, build, use and maintain a small hydropower plant with an installed capacity of 1,800 MW and an estimated annual output of 6,00 GWh. The concession period is 30 years. The outgoing Government gave its consent to change ownership in the "Hydro Bjelovićka" consortium, with which a contract was concluded in 2017 on the construction of two small hydroelectric power plants on the Bjelovićka watercourse. This consortium consists of the Čelebić company owned by businessman Tomislav Čelebić with a 54% share, the football representative of Montenegro Stefan Savić with a 45% share and the "Synergy" company with a XNUMX% share. According to CRPS data, the founders of "Sinergy" are natural persons Dragana Bošković, Tomaš Hajek, Uroš Karadžić, Radoje Vujadinović and the company "Kia Montenegro" whose executive director and authorized representative is businessman Vuk Rajković, the godfather of the state president Milo Đukanović.
The concessionaire founded the concession company "C&S Energy" whose ownership structure includes all members of the consortium in the same amount of shares they had in the consortium.
" The government gave its consent to the transfer of shares in the concession company "C&S Energy" in such a way that the share of natural person Stefan Savić in the concession company is transferred to natural person Milica Fuštić, as well as that due to the increase in the company's capital, there will be a change in the amount of ownership shares in the concession company "C&S Energy" in such a way as to increase the share of "Čelebić" from 54 percent to 54,59 percent, and reduce the share of "Synergy" from one percent to 0,41 percent," the Government announced.
After the share transfer, as stated in the Government's information, the ownership structure in the concession company "C&S Energy" will consist of the natural person Fuštić Milica with a registered 45 percent of the ownership shares, "Synergy" with a registered 0,41 percent of the ownership shares and "Čelebić" with a registered 54,59 .XNUMX% ownership shares.
