By approving only those decisions that are in their favor from the session of the Parliament of Montenegro held on December 28.12.2020, XNUMX. year, which they dispute and call unconstitutional, from the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) once again demonstrate hypocrisy and show the importance and cost of their arguments made in public.
This was announced by the Civic Movement URA regarding the news that the secretary of the State Election Commission (SEC) Nikola Dedeić has been coming to work since yesterday, even though he was elected as a DPS candidate at a session whose legality is disputed by his party.
They point out that such actions of DPS are not surprising.
"It is clear that the leaders of the DPS are having a hard time dealing with the election result and that they do not know how to shape the party's policy from the opposition benches, because they continue to implement the policy of double standards, which was one of the key factors that brought them to the political bottom. Unintelligent is if they plan to, with the same cheap manipulations and the logic that two and two is not four, but five, survive in the achievements of the democratic society we are building. That is why we strongly recommend them to follow the example of their member Dedeić and not challenge the legitimacy of the parliamentary session at which the laws of is a consequence of the application of obvious dyes", state URE.
The URE says that the final goal of the DPS is to prevent the passing of the Law on the Origin of Property through numerous obstructions.
"Through this, we are telling them to just postpone the inevitable, because the Law on the Origin of Property will certainly be passed. No one will be able to stand in the way of that, especially not using politics," the URE concludes.
