At the meeting of the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Đorđe Radulović, and the Deputy Prime Minister, Dritan Abazović, an agreement was reached on the recall of the ambassador, Televizija Vijesti has learned.
Television Vijesti reports that Abazović and Radulović did not want to make statements after the meeting in the President's building.
They briefly said that a joint announcement will be issued by the President and the Government
Đukanović's meeting with Radulović and Abazović started at 16.30:18.15 p.m. and lasted until around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
Đukanović, as TV Vijesti has learned, should sign the decrees on the ambassador's recall, but Radulović is obliged to provide him with adequate explanations for the dismissal of all seven ambassadors.
Radulović initiated a meeting with Đukanović after the crisis to resolve the issue of the recall of seven diplomats, which was requested by the Government, but the President of the State did not want to sign the decree on this.
In his explanation, the minister stated that they harmed the interests of the state, without specifying what it was about. It is precisely this lack of information that motivated Đukanović to refuse to sign the impeachment decree.
Radulović decided to recall the ambassadors to China, Darko Pajović, Serbia, Tarzan Milosevic, the ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Dušanka Jeknić, the ambassador to the Holy See, Miodrag Vlahović, the ambassador to Italy, Sanja Vlahović, the ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Obrad Miša Stanišić, and the ambassador to Germany, Vera Kuliš. .
