Milačić: Instead of Krapović, the SDT should file a request for lifting the immunity of Petar Ivanović

We call on SDT to shut down its machinery of manipulation in its last days and instead of requesting the removal of Dragan Krapović's immunity, request it for former minister Petar Ivanović, said the President of Prava Montenegro and Member of Parliament Marko Milačić.

Earlier today, the SDT submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro a request to lift the immunity of the representative of Democratic Montenegro, Dragan Krapović, due to the alleged formation of a criminal organization as well as the criminal offense of abuse of official position.

"Due to all the well-founded suspicions regarding the Abu Dhabi fund, as well as numerous other suspicious actions that we heard about yesterday from the Minister of Agriculture, Aleksandar Stijović, Ivanović had to be prosecuted already this morning," Milačić said.

He pointed out that Prava Crna Gora provides support to Krapović and other people and families that SDT is trying to drag through the mud in its last days.

"And especially prosecutor Živko Savović, who these days is a ruthless target of the former regime. It is the actions of the SDT these days that demonstrate in the best possible way the necessity of abolishing such an anti-organ and creating a true prosecutorial body whose primary task will be the fight against organized crime and corruption , and not their protection," Milacic concluded.
