Deputies of the Democratic Party of Socialists in the Parliament of Montenegro condemned the publication of a caricature against the holder of the "European Team for Nikšić" list, Sanja Damjanović.
"The shameless, inhuman campaign that is being waged on social networks against the European Team for Nikšić coalition has reached its culmination today. The caricature policy confirmed its misdeed of destroying all the values of Montenegrin society with the caricature of the holder of the list, Dr. Sanja Damjanović. Shameless, marginal people, thugs, misogynists, scoundrels, cowards, people ready to use mud from the darkness of their life and political outbursts to put to sleep all those who think sanely and differently, they are ready for anything, including humiliating the cult of the Montenegrin woman. They broke the vow of our ancestors. They mocked us. They are trying to humiliate the Black Gora, its women, strength, dignity, pride and defiance of Montenegrin", the announcement states.
They called on the public to "revolt".
"Let's say "no" to them. These are the same people who said "no" to Montenegro in 2006. No to independent, sovereign Montenegro. These cartoons are their blatant "no" to an independent, sovereign woman who is bravely fighting for our civil and free Montenegro," the announcement states.
