Momo Koprivica, the holder of the "Peace is our nation - Ne damo Nikšić" list, said at the press conference that during the short election campaign in Nikšić, their members, sympathizers and officials were attacked three times.
"Yesterday, there was an incident in Župa in which a private property was attacked, the private property and property of the Mušikić family was attacked, a respectable, honorable, honest family that makes an honest living from their work and educates their children, that has never harmed anyone or anything in any way ", said Koprivica and added that first Krsto Radović and activists were attacked in Kočani, while the leader of the movement "Ne damo Nikšić" and adviser to the Prime Minister Gordana Radović was also intercepted in Grahova with the Minister of Agriculture.
"Both in Kočani and Grahova, we saw a classy and dignified attitude of those who are on the side of truth, who are fighting for the public interest. These latest shocks of the criminal junta only show what their inclinations are and what they defend: money acquired through crime, privileges illegally obtained, and that's why they have criminal methods to fight for it," said Koprivica.
According to him, those who devastated and looted the parish are talking about patriotism, and in Nikšić, peace is disturbed by those who are not from that city, but, as he said, are "under the baton of Bran Mićunović" and former police officials who are campaigning in the city under Trebjes. for DPS.
"From all over come representatives of crime and corruption who want to create a screen behind which no patriotism is hidden, but the desire to continue robbing Montenegro and Nikšić. This hatred, this savagery, this vandalism is their program, plan, ideas, it is them. And if they were to ask, this is how all the houses would be started. Such an attack is characteristic only of the action of the phalanx from the thirties of the 20th century. That could only be recorded then", said the holder of the list "Peace is our nation - Ne damo Nikšić".
Koprivica said that Branko Mušikić's cousins, Ivan and Simo Bezmarević, and their countryman Đorđije Šundić, were fired from 'Genex' last night, and that, as he claims, only because the first two are related to Mušikić, and Šundić because his brother drove Branko Mušikić to the hospital.
"Those people were fired, declared redundant, even though the machines they operated are still without labor today. It is a monstrous, shameless and shameful message to all free people sent by the former government through its remnants, criminal firms, companies, such as 'Genex', through which they are trying to act as slaves. This will not pay off for them, they have made a move to their own detriment," said Koprivica and added that the case of the dismissal of the three young men will be processed by the competent institutions.
He pointed out that the older brother of Milinko Mušikić, Vojislav, is the bearer of the Partisan monument.
"For that old man, hordes came to his door to break down fences, to tell him that he was a Chetnik, and his own brother was the bearer of the Partisan monument. Milinko said: 'I feel sorry for my brother that he died young, but I am honored that he died a knight'. So these three who were fired can only be honored for being the victims of a shameful move. It's not a shame to be fired, it's a shame to show such cowardice, such moral wretchedness. This is done by a company that amassed millions of state money in the previous period," said Koprivica. And he said that to DPS, to Bran Mićunović, and to Genex, every move would come back like a boomerang and that they would regret it.
He told the young men who were fired that they should not worry about their existence because they and all the citizens of Nikšić who are under pressure due to the DPS will get a job from the new government. "They forgot that they lost the elections, that they don't ask anymore. They also forget that this nation is proud, that they cannot give in and that this nation has sealed their historical end, that their historical time has run out. It is only a matter of honor, a matter of face to defeat them as convincingly as possible, so that neither Geneks, nor Brano Mićunović, nor the criminal junta within the DPS will ever return. It is the task of every honest person, it is a matter of honor, face, it is a given word and it will be like that," said Koprivica.
According to him, the resistance of free citizens is indomitable, and the event in Župa is "one of the most radical moves in the history of Nikšić".
"To attack a man, an 82-year-old man, just because a billboard with my picture was placed on his property and because they are members of Democratic Montenegro. Those cowards were just showing their fear and March 14 will be their end. They will receive a discharge ticket from Nikšić so that they will never return to it," said the vice-president of the Democrats.
He claims that many disillusioned DPS voters are contacting him and expressing dissatisfaction with what their former party has turned into, which would return Montenegro to extremism and primitivism and send a message that the situation in Montenegro is not stable.
Gordana Radović, the leader of the civil movement "Ne damo Nikšić", condemned the violence that happened in the Župa in the strongest terms, as she said.
"We all know that the parishioners are honorable and honest people and that they don't tolerate pressure. An 83-year-old man was attacked, his private property. Everyone should be aware of the fact that today he was attacked, tomorrow it could be anyone, our father, uncle, brother", said Radović.
She pointed out that she noticed on the videos that there were many young people "who were misled" and that we should all influence them not to do that, as well as not to allow such things to happen.
She reminded that yesterday she had a meeting with German investors and that they presented Nikšić as a city of opportunities, of honest people, that investors are still in the city under Trebjes today and when they see what is happening, how can they convince them to invest money in Nikšić, when "neither we are not safe here". She told employers not to fire workers because of political affiliation and pointed out that educators complain to them that school principals are blackmailing them these days, mobbing, and violating labor rights.
"People are still suffering today. Even today there are remnants of what we defeated. I know that the people of Nikšić do not want to live in such an environment. We fight to live in a fairer society and help each other to be better," said Radović and called on all those who are under pressure to contact them offering the help of the coalition.
Koprivica: There are not two sides - there are citizens and criminals
When asked by a journalist whether both sides should be called to calm tensions, Koprivica said that there are not two sides, only victims and attackers.
"Today in Nikšić we have people on one side and criminals on the other. I am not saying that every man in the DPS is a criminal. There are also honest people there, but all the criminals who are in Nikšić are under their baton and under the baton of Bran Mićunović, who joined the campaign... Equating the people who were attacked with Mićunović and the criminal horde cannot possibly be acceptable, nor we will agree to that. This is not about two parties making incidents, who are responsible for it. One side leads a political campaign, and the other undertakes criminal activities, and that is a fact," said Koprivica categorically.
Asked to comment on the attack on Mirko Kontić (27) that happened last night, Koprivica said that he regretted it, but that the police rejected speculations about a possible political or national motive.
"I sincerely regret it and wish him a speedy recovery, but the police said that it has nothing to do with nationality or political affiliation. We didn't say that, but the police, and there are no members of the local opposition in that police. If they say so why should I say they are lying. It is a classic speculation that the police denied. I regret that. That must not happen. I regret that it is our member. All possible measures should be taken, all these cases should be investigated, their background should be revealed", said Koprivica and added that they do not agree to any classifications and equalizations, because they constantly call for peace.
