The association of war veterans since 1990 will support the coalition "For the future of Nikšić" in the upcoming local elections in Nikšić.

Coalition Democratic Front (DF), Socialist People's Party (SNP), Movement for the Life of Nikšić, Workers' Party, United Montenegro, Yugoslav Communist Party, Serbian Radical Party and Movement of Pensioners and Disabled Workers and Socialists of Montenegro.

"We are purposefully doing this on the day when, 17 years ago, the remains of JNA soldiers from Nikšić and Šavnik, brutally exhausted in 1992 in the Split camp 'Lora', were brought to Nikšić. No one from the state leadership of Montenegro came to bow to their shadows. Montenegrin the government committed a new crime against them in 2006 by putting the state stamp on the agreement of the Montenegrin and Croatian prosecutors' offices denying the existence of Montenegrin soldiers-victims of Croatian war criminals. He promised comrades and families of fallen soldiers that he would do everything to correct the injustice after the change of government in Nikšić.

"That in the liberated Nikšić you have the respect and care you deserve. We will insist that the subject of special attention of the new government be the parents and children of fallen soldiers and war invalids to whom the Center for Social Work, the Employment Office and the competent municipal services would be at their service. It is unacceptable that the immobile mother of a fallen soldier cannot exercise the right to other people's help and care, to reject the requests of sick parents of fallen soldiers and disabled war veterans for help in procuring medicine, just as it is inadmissible that the children of fallen soldiers and their families become social cases due to unemployment and are leaving Nikšić," said Nikolić.

He called on the men and women of Nikšić not to miss the chance to ensure a better tomorrow with their vote and to vote for the coalition "For the Future of Nikšić" in the upcoming elections.

"It is not difficult to choose between civilization and the forest, the rule of law and lawlessness, economic prosperity and ruin, one's own and another's interest, dignity and humiliation, security and fear, love and hate. The holder of the "For the future of Nikšić" list, Marko Kovačević, thanked the Association for its support and said that those who, at the invitation of the state, were ready to risk and give their lives were pushed to the sidelines and even declared traitors.

"And those who looted Nikšić and Montenegro, who destroyed all the factories, who reduced the number of jobs in industry to a minimum, they declared themselves patriots. From March 14 in Nikšić, when number 4 will be the absolute winner of the election, these people will get the place that belongs to them and they will be able to build and work normally in Nikšić for themselves and their families, and it will be the same for all other citizens of Nikšić.
