Momo Koprivica, holder of the list "Peer is our nation - Ne damo Nikšić", said that in addition to the victory, of which he is absolutely sure, the most important thing is to preserve the peace and celebrate the victory in a peaceful way in their homes.
"I call on the citizens of Nikšić to respect the measures of the health institutions, because health is the most important and in the first place. The expectation is that there will be a mass turnout of citizens and that in this way we will achieve a convincing victory, and we will achieve victory with a smile, a pencil, in a calm and dignified manner" , said Koprivica and added that there will be reasons to celebrate.
He said that there should be no falling prey to provocations, and he is sure that there won't be any, as well as that he expects the triumph of democracy.
"The battle for Montenegro was won on August 30, for freedom and justice in Montenegro. This is the election day in Nikšić, on which we want to confirm that great historical victory, not to undermine the state government. These are the elections that, I'm sure, will bring until the replacement of the local government in Nikšić, reforms, but this will also be an election to confirm the stability of Montenegro," said Koprivica.
When asked by a journalist to comment on the tensions, he said that those who don't have a program, an institute, resort to tension.
"The current local government, which instead of promoting programs and projects, resorted to criminal attacks. As for Belgrade, I don't think there should be any interference in the electoral process in Montenegro. We are a sovereign state and we should build the best possible relations and we don't interfere in each other's election processes," said Koprivica
