Sanja Damjanović, the holder of the list of the coalition European Team for Nikšić, said that she hopes to "realize the coalition".
"We achieved a convincing victory, we won over 40 percent, we showed dominance because the European path is the only path to development and prosperity. This is not enough to form a government by ourselves. In any normal society, we would find a partner and succeed in implementing our superior program, I hope that we will realize the coalition," said Damjanović.
She thanked everyone "who saw that our program can bring a better tomorrow".
"I am happy that the DPS showed strength, that we won over 1.000 more votes than in the parliamentary elections and brought a great tomorrow to our Montenegro," said Damjanović.
She repeated that she hopes to "find and form a coalition".
"If not tomorrow, then tomorrow will come soon. It was an honor for me to be at the head of the European team for Nikšić...", said Damjanović.
She said that she would be sorry "if we fail to implement our program tomorrow".
"I am convinced that our program could have brought Nikšić on the scale of a European city. Wherever it is, I will always be for our Nikšić and Montenegro," said Damjanović.
DPS MP Miloš Nikolić said that "all those who hoped for the shipwreck of DPS after the parliamentary elections have convinced themselves that nothing will come of it".
"Together with our coalition partners, we won 1.000 more votes. All the accusations we have heard from our political competitors for decades have fallen into disrepair. We are by far the strongest political party in Montenegro," said Nikolić.
He said that "all the resources of the Serbian world were focused on the collapse of Montenegro in Nikšić".
"To show that Montenegro can be conquered in Nikšić. In return, they got that their puppets were personified in the form of the Democratic Front and Andrija Mandić, and they were shipwrecked because they won 5.500 votes less than on August 30," said Nikolić.
He added that the European team for Nikšić "is the absolute winner of the election".
"What remains to be seen is whether we will be able to form a government. We are ready for all kinds of agreements, post-coalition arrangements, which are based on respect for the fundamental principles of Montenegro... Will the government be formed remains to be seen," said Nikolić.
