The Municipal Election Commission rejected the appeals of the "Black on White - Može Nikšić" Coalition, which requested a repeat of the voting at two polling stations - Ćemenci and Javljen in Golija, because they found illegalities.
"At the Javljen polling station, there is no voter registration book, while at the Ćemenci polling station, the number of ballots and control slips do not match. The Municipal Electoral Commission rejected our objection, so we will appeal to the State Electoral Commission, and if it happens that they also reject us, then we will appeal to the Constitutional Court," Goran Šućur, vice president of Nikšić URA, told "Vijesta".
About 50 coupons are missing from one polling station, which represents a serious violation of the law, because due to such an incident at the parliamentary elections, court proceedings against the DPS activist are ongoing.
According to unofficial information, 20 voters were registered at polling station 618, Ćemenci kindergarten building, 515 of them voted, and 512 were valid. According to "Vijesti" unofficial information, there were 463 control slips at the said polling station. Nine of them voted for the "Black on White" coalition, which consists of URA and non-party personalities.
At polling station number 82, the school building in Javljen in Golija, out of 40 registered voters, 36 of them came out, and the "Black on White" coalition did not have a single vote.
GP URA, according to unofficial information, lacks about 30 votes to get two mandates instead of one.
If there is a re-voting and the "Black on White" coalition receives the required number of votes for the second mandate, then the "European Team for Nikšić" coalition, led by DPS, would have 18 mandates instead of 17. In the end, it would not have a decisive impact on the formation of the government, since the local opposition parties have won more mandates than the ruling DPS-SD coalition.
The President of the Municipal Election Commission, Rade Perišić, did not respond to Vijesta's phone calls.
In the local elections on March 14, the European Team for Nikšić coalition won 18 mandates, For the future of Nikšić 11, Peace is our nation-We will not give Nikšić ten, and Black on White and People's Movement each mandate. The SDP won 2,64 percent of the votes and did not pass the census.
