At polling station 82, in the Goli village of Javljen, in the municipality of Nikšić, voting was repeated in the local elections that were held on March 14, and out of 40 registered voters, 36 of them exercised their right to vote, as many as voted on March 14.
As the president of the Municipal Election Commission, Rade Perišić, said, out of 36 ballots, 35 are valid.
28 citizens voted for the coalition "Black on White - Može Nikšić" led by the Civic Movement URA, the coalition "European Team for Nikšić" led by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) had six votes, and the coalition "For the Future of Nikšić" led by the Democratic front (DF) one.
The other lists, "Peer is our nation - We will not give Nikšić" led by Democratic Montenegro, "Narodni pokret" and "SDP-Srcem za Nikšić" did not receive any votes.
In Javljen, on March 14, when local elections were held in Nikšić, the coalition "European Team for Nikšić" won six votes, "Narodni pokret nevet", "For the future of Nikšić" won 16, and "Peace is our nation - We will not give Nikšić" five, while the lists "SDP-Srcem za Nikšić" and "Crno na bijelo - Može Nikšić" did not receive a single vote.
The coalition "Crno na bijelo - Može Nikšić" lacked 32 votes to take one mandate from the "European Team for Nikšić" coalition.
The vote was repeated in Javljen because the Constitutional Court accepted the objection of Tatjana Đurišić-Bečanović, holder of the GP URA list "Crno na bijelo" – Može Nikšić.
The URA requested a repetition of the election procedure because a printed extract from the voter list and part of the election materials were missing.
As they pointed out in the complaint, due to the lack of a printed extract from the voter list, it is not possible to adequately determine the number of voters at that polling station.
The municipal and then the State Election Commission rejected the appeal, but the Constitutional Court accepted the objection, annulled the election procedure at that polling station and ordered that the irregularity be corrected by repeating the election procedure.
In the elections held on March 14, the "European Team for Nikšić" coalition won 18 mandates, "For the Future of Nikšić" 11, "Peace is our Nation" ten, "Black on White" and "People's Movement" one mandate each, while the Social Democratic Party (SDP) won 2,64 percent of the votes and did not pass the census, so it will not have a single mandate in the future local government.
