President of the Association and Union of Montenegrins of Kosovo Slobodan M. Vujičić welcomed the election of Seid Hadžić as acting director of the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora - Expatriates.
"We expect him to approach the protection of the overall identity and position of the Montenegrin community in Kosovo with special sensibility and without delay", announced Vujičić.
Hadžić was appointed acting director of the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora - Emigrants at the Government session on Thursday.

He replaced Predrag Mitrović in that position, whose mandate ended due to the abolition of the Diaspora Administration.
"It was with special joy and relief that we received the news about the dismissal of Predrag Mitrović from the position of director of the Montenegrin Administration for the Diaspora. Now a former director, during his tenure he systematically destroyed and humiliated the already demoralized and fragmented Montenegrin existence in Kosovo," stated Vujičić.
As stated in the explanation for Mitrović's dismissal, the government adopted amendments to the Regulation on the Organization and Mode of Operation of the State Administration, which entered into force on April 2, 2021, which established the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora - Expatriates, as a new administrative body.
