Official of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and former Minister of Justice Zoran Pažin announced that he will sue the Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović for violation of honor and reputation and personal rights.
"Due to the brazen and reckless attack on my human and professional integrity, by bringing my name into the context of corruption, without the slightest responsibility for the publicly spoken word, by Dritan Abazović at the press conference on April 21, I inform the Montenegrin public that in order to satisfy my legal interests to request before the court, by filing a lawsuit against the slanderer, for violation of honor and reputation and personal rights," said Pažin in a statement delivered to the media.
He points out that he acquired the apartment in Podgorica, where he lives with his family, completely legally, ceding the apartment he owns to the state and getting a bigger one for one room, in everything in accordance with the law and precisely prescribed criteria for solving housing needs, and that the difference in square meters pays regularly every month.
"I will go to court to protect the integrity of my family and myself, but also to protect the public space from populism and wanton poisoning with misinformation," concluded Pažin.
