The parliamentary session with 41 items on the agenda, including amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office, the Bill on the budget for this year and appointments and dismissals, will begin on May 11.
Deputies will express their views on the Proposal for a Decision on Montenegro's borrowing for this year, as well as on the proposed amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, on Value Added Tax and Personal Income Tax.
On the agenda are the Draft Law on Internal Affairs, the Draft Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, and amendments to the Law on the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases.
The session will also be devoted to the Proposal for a decision on the opening of a Parliamentary investigation and the formation of an Inquiry Committee in order to collect information and facts about the actions of state authorities in connection with the indebtedness of Montenegro based on the issuance of bonds in the amount of 750 million euros.
Deputies will consider the annual reports of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, the State Prosecutor's Office, the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, as well as several agencies.
On the agenda are elections, appointments and dismissals.
