The President of Prava Montenegro, Marko Milačić, said that the state must focus on the development of Herceg Novi and on healthy investments in that city.
"We have this obligation, especially towards this city, because Herceg Novi suffered for years and decades because of its freedom, and then all development and investment paths to Herceg Novi were planned and blocked by the former regime. This is our great obligation, to let's make up for it and focus on the development of Herceg Novi. Serious and healthy investments must be directed towards Herceg Novi," said Milačić.
The Prava leader also highlighted the parties in Herceg Novi.
"True Montenegro in Herceg Novi offers a combination of the most important things, the economic ones when we talk about prosperity, development and the future, but also advocating for what has preserved us as a people, which means our being and our identity. Herceg Novi is an indicator of everything Herceg Novi must be a signpost in this sense, a signpost for economic progress, a signpost and a symbol of Montenegro's development, but at the same time a city that will never give up the key things that are the foundation of our being, namely our Serbian language, our Cyrillic alphabet and our identity. Everything that we are as a people," Milacic said.
Marela Savić, a candidate for councilor from the "Pravi Novi - Freedom in our hands" list, reflected on social policy.
"The real Montenegro was not in power in Herceg Novi. This is our first assembly. We have a quality team, a combination of experience and youth, so a combination of experience and great energy. We have very serious projects, very competent people who are ready to implement everything that is in the True Montenegro program. We will offer solutions, but not only offer, but we will take all the necessary measures to realize the projects we have planned," said Savić.
