Milačić: Aco Đukanović behind the companies that illegally alienated state land by buying it from Brković

The president of Prava Montenegro, Marko Milačić, filed a criminal complaint against the chairman of the board of directors of the company "Vektra Boka" Dragan Brković, Milić Popović from Herceg Novi, a member of the board of directors and executive director of that company, Petar Korać, executive director of DOO "Montenegro Athitecture Constructing, consulting and advertising". from Podgorica, abbreviated name "Marcca" doo with headquarters in Podgorica, Senad Živanović, executive director of "CR Investment" and several other public entities from the Real Estate Administration of Montenegro, Business Unit in Herceg Novi and public entities employed by the Protector of Property and Legal Interests of Montenegro Up in Kotor, as well as two notaries, it was reported from Prava Montenegro.

The announcement adds that Milačić presented the scheme on which the criminal complaint is based at a press conference in Herceg Novi.

He said that Aco Đukanović, the brother of Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović, is hiding behind the related private companies listed in the criminal complaint, which bought state land in Žanjice, which they did not have the right to, nor did Brković have the right to sell. .

"The owner of the company "MARCCA", which bought part of the property in Žanjice, is a certain Petar Korać, who was the executive director of RZUP owned by Aco Đukanović, and was also a member of the board of directors of Đukanović's company Invest Nova, until April 15 of this year. when Aco Đukanović removed him from the Supervisory Board, a day after the session of the Committee for Monitoring and Control of the Privatization Procedure was convened with the topic of controlling the privatization of HTP Boka," Milačić pointed out.

He added that Korać with his company "MARCCA" appears in a project in Tivat whose investor is the godfather of Aco Đukanović, Rado Arsić, and at the same time the godfather of the family of the former president of the Supreme Court, Vesna Medenica.

"The owner and representative of another company CR INVESTMENT, a certain Sead Živanović, a company that also participated in the illegal purchase and sale and alienation of state land, was previously the head of another private company H&L COMPANY, which is registered at the same address as the company MARCCA in Podgorica - Njegoševa No. 49. This indicates that Aco Đukanović, the brother of the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, is hiding behind the whole business of expropriation of state property in Žanjice, and as a consequence of the harmful privatization of HTP Boka," Milačić said.

According to him, on the same day when "Vektra Boka" sold the property to the company "MARCCA" in the amount of 1.106.235 euros, Dragan Brković transferred almost the entire amount to his other company with the loan agreement, which, according to Milačić, he had no right to to the then valid Law on Business Companies.

"Exactly the same thing happens with the sale of land to the CR INVESTMENT company for 3.393.445 euros, and also on the same day when the sale was made, Dragan Brković transferred almost the entire amount to his other company with the loan agreement," said Milačić.

He said that apart from the fact that Dragan Brković did not have the right to alienate this property according to the Purchase Agreement, he also presented a letter from JP Morsko dobro dated 27.9.2018. signed by Predrag Jelušić submitted to the Real Estate Administration of Montenegro, which informs the Administration about the public invitation of Vektra Boka for the sale of real estate of that legal entity, as follows: unequivocally in state property. I express the expectation that you will take all actions provided for by law within your jurisdiction in order to act on this matter, and all with the aim of protecting property in state property".

"Although this letter does not refer to specific land in Žanjice, it is clear that the position is that state property in the Morsko dobro zone cannot be alienated and that this is the position of JP Morsko dobro. Despite these positions, as well as the purchase agreement, the Real Estate Administration is registered state property to private persons and companies. All this is part of the criminal complaint filed today, and we reasonably suspect that all these persons were part of an organized criminal group that alienated land to the detriment of the citizens and the state of Montenegro in the specific case of Žanjica na Luštica. this current Prosecutor's Office, and especially the soon-to-be-released one, to urgently process this case and initiate proceedings due to well-founded suspicions that a series of criminal offenses were committed in the case in question," Milačić concluded.
