MP Draginja Vuksanović Stanković is being harassed again at the Nikola Tesla airport during her return to Podgorica, Raško Konjević, vice-president of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), announced today.
"The MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) has been informed. I hope they will react professionally. We will not talk about the procedure of Serbian state authorities now. There will be an opportunity in the coming days," Konjević wrote on Twitter.
SDP Vice President Borislav Banović announced on June 30 that the Serbian authorities mistreated Draginja Vuksanović Stanković, a deputy of that party.
Earlier that day, the media announced that Vuksanović Stanković was searched and detained for an hour at the Belgrade airport under the explanation that additional checks were being carried out.
The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Aleksa Bečić, announced on June 30 that the treatment of Vuksanović Stanković at the Belgrade airport "is not an indication of a desire for brotherly relations".
