The Committee for the Political System, Judiciary and Administration determined the list of registered candidates for the public call for the election of four members of the Prosecutor's Council from among distinguished lawyers.
1 candidates submitted candidacies for the competition for four positions from among distinguished lawyers in the new Prosecutor's Council, which lasted until July 16.
The documents were submitted by Borivoje Đukanović, Nikola Medojević, Marica Babović, Danijela Bulatović, Nevenka Božović-Jovović, Miloš Vuksanović, Balša Dragović, Siniša Gazivoda, Nikola Bulatović, Elvis Duraković, Maja Zeković, Filip Jovović, Perović Zdenka, Jovan Poleksić, Savo Šofranac and Dalibor Kavarić.
The Parity Commission, composed of two members of the government, which will consist of Branka Bošnjak and Momo Koprivica, and the opposition, represented by Miloš Nikolić and Boris Mugoša, will in the meantime verify the fulfillment of the requirements of the registered candidates.
On June 21, the board also announced a competition to fill the composition of the TS for the position that should belong to the civil sector, but the submission of documentation will be completed only on July 21.
Predrag Bulatović (DF) suggested that at the next session, the committee requests a special report on the application of new legal solutions, related to the announced competitions in the prosecutor's office.
The President of the Board, Momo Koprivica, said that he agreed to discuss it at the next session.
