Bečić, one of the speakers in Potočari on the 26th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Aleksa Bečić, is one of the speakers planned at the 26th anniversary of the genocide against the Bosniaks of the "United Nations Safe Zone" Srebrenica and the burial of the identified victims of the genocide from July 1995, "Vijesti" confirmed.

A commemorative gathering will be held tomorrow in the Potočari Memorial Center and 19 more victims of the Srebrenica genocide will be buried.

Bečić's video message will be broadcast in Potočari.

The message of the head of Iranian diplomacy will be read by his special envoy, the former ambassador of this country to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Muhamed Ebrahim Taherian.

According to the list of speakers, which Politiki.ba had access to, Šefik Džaferović, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will address the crowd in Potočari.

Kada Hotić, representative of the mothers of Srebrenica, as well as Hamdija Fejzić, president of the Organizing Committee for the commemoration of July 11, 1995, and Muhamed Avdić, representative of families who are still looking for their loved ones, will be speaking.

Alice Nderitu, Under-Secretary of the United Nations (UN) and Special Adviser to the Secretary-General for the Prevention of Genocide will speak via video link.
