The police administration announced this evening that no one was detained or deprived of liberty by UP officers because of the confiscated T-shirts.
The police reacted to the allegations of the Citizens' Initiative "21. May" that three citizens were detained for almost eight hours in the Podgorica Security Center because of the T-shirts that were commissioned by the Montenegrin Orthodox Church.
"Informations on the circumstances of procurement and transportation of over 1.000 T-shirts were collected from several persons, and those persons were immediately released from the official premises of the police. Officers of the Police Administration are checking the documentation of the confiscated goods," the police announced.
