Deputy and Vice President of Democratic Montenegro Vladimir Martinović said that Frhe understands the oaths of the deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Duško Marković, "as an attempt to deviate from the extremist policy of the top of the DPS".
Today, Marković called on the President of the Assembly, Aleksa Bečić, to schedule an emergency session with only one item on the agenda - the passing of the Resolution on stopping further divisions and preserving peace and stability in Montenegro.
"When it comes to procedures, a reminder that the Assembly is in extraordinary session, and that the President of the Assembly cannot call a session. In accordance with the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure, the session can be convened only at the request of at least 27 deputies, the Government or the President of Montenegro, from the submission of the request to the holding of the session, no less than 15 days can pass, and the applicant can only propose acts of which he is the proposer," he wrote Martinović on Twitter.
He added that the respect for human rights and religious freedom were unanimously determined conclusions at the session of the Council for Defense and Security.
"The problem is that the conclusions are not respected by the one who voted for them, which is the president of Montenegro and the president of the DPS, Milo Đukanović," said Martinović.
