According to data provided to the News from most government departments and the Assembly, at least 131 officials have one-year compensation in the amount of their last salary, and their net amounts are from 900 to 2.800 thousand euros - depending on length of service and former position.
All taxes and contributions are also paid.
The former assistant director of police has the lowest compensation Enis Baković 961,62 euros, the highest being the former deputy president of the Supreme Court, a judge Stanka Vučinić - about 2.800 euros, according to official data.
Four more former assistant directors of the Police Directorate Veselin Veljović use the same legal option.
Those are Dragan Blagojević - 1.455,74, Zoran Lazovic - 1.147,18, Nikola Janjušević - 1.105,49 euros and Drago Spicanovic - 1.030,43 euros, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior.
Most of them were replaced after the arrival of the current director Zoran Brđanin after they refused to submit their resignations, so they were unassigned for a short time.
Only more from the MUP budget Tanja Ostojic, the former director of the Directorate for International Cooperation, has a fee that is slightly above 1.000 euros, according to the answer to the News.
Since the Law on Salaries of Employees in the Public Sector does not specify how long someone has to perform a public function in order to be entitled to compensation, biGeneral Secretary of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights Aleksandar Saša Zeković he acquired that right even though he covered the loan for only four monthsishe. With the change of government, he resigned and is now one of 12 to whom the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights pays a privilege based on his former position.

The list of 22 former officials to whom the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare also pays compensation includes the former ministers of the two departments that were merged - labor and finance. Kemal Purišić 1.811,19 i Darko Radunović 1.770,52.
Then the former protector of the property and legal interests of the state Dragana Đuranović 1.662,54 euros. Also former director of the Financial System Directorate of the Ministry of Finance Bojana Bošković - 1.076,65 Goran Kuševija (director of the Directorate for Social Welfare of the Ministry of Labour) - 1.116,52, according to the answer of the Ministry of Finance.
And the former Minister of Health Kenan Hrapovic in the top the list is based on the amount of compensation he receives - 1.716,30 euros. He is one of five from the former ministry who use the allowances, and they are mostly former heads of directorates.
Hrapovic's colleague from the government for the transport department Osman Nurkovic receives compensation from the Ministry of Capital Investments, which did not specify the amount. His last salary published on the website of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption is around 1,700 euros - the amount he reported after leaving office last year.
