He said that in the action that started on May 28 and lasted for four days, as well as in the second action that was conducted on June 15 and 16, a cross-section of the situation was made that allows monitoring the situation with cigarettes and since when tobacco products are more not stored in the Free Zone of the Port of Bar.
He reminded that on July 22, at the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, the Government passed the Decision on the prohibition of the storage of tobacco products within the Free Zone.
He points out that the cigarettes found there are currently "trapped" in terms of distribution on the black market and that the determination of Montenegrin institutions put an end to the smuggling of cigarettes through Port Bar, which was previously an important place for smuggling tobacco products throughout Europe.
