On the occasion of a series of announcements by the Bar DPS about infrastructural works throughout the municipality, the OO SDP Bar reacted today by pointing out that "it would be fair" if the DPS said that they were doing it from their own pockets, "and not from the pockets of all the citizens of Bar".
In a statement signed by the president of the Bar SDP, Dragan Vojvodić, it is stated that it is quite difficult to distinguish whether the noise of various construction machines on the streets of Bar and suburban settlements is greater, "or the so-called uproar." DPS information service".
"We are working on "all sides", adding up meters of asphalt along and across the Bar, both left and right. It is necessary to patch every hole there, even after nine years. Admittedly, the manholes protrude a little below the prescribed standards. The time of the walls has passed, and it's good that there are nettles, and both, in difficult weather and famine years, it was food for the poor. It's interesting that in some local communities priorities in infrastructure are only now being determined or announced. and other priorities should be determined at the beginning of the mandate, when it is much sweeter and politically more profitable to determine them ahead of the local and presidential elections," Vojvodić points out.
Noting that the SDP sincerely looks forward to any progress in Bar, "even in infrastructure development", Vojvodić adds that it is an old habit of the DPS that the construction machines "don't stop, especially when the elections come".
"It would be fair if they said that they were doing it out of their own pockets, and not out of the pockets of all the citizens of Bar. Simply, so that there would be no confusion among the people and to "remember" well who brings the gifts. It would be worth thinking about, and even enshrining it in the law civic duty to go to the polls on election day on construction machines, as a group and all with DPS flags. Other flags are not desirable at all. If by any chance the Bar-Sutorman-Virpazar railway line was restored, and it was promised in for the purpose of tourist promotion of Bar and Crmnica, it is possible that there would be room for state enemies and criminals against the economic interests of Montenegro and Bar in the famous "ciru" with a couple of wagons," adds Vojvodić.
He recalled the pre-election promises of the Bar DPS from 2014 - the establishment of the City Office; introduction of e-administration in public companies, spatial planning documentation and space protection, adoption of the Spatial and Urban Plan of Bar. strategic plan for the development of the municipality; local rural development strategies; development of sports and recreation; cultural development and capital investment program.
DPS is in the mandate of 2014-2018. also promised the reconstruction of the Jadranska magistrala-Kamenički most road, the construction of the water supply system in the Sveti Ivan settlement, the design and construction of water supply systems in the waterless areas of Krajina, Mrkojević and Crmnica; and the sewage system in Veliki Pijesk and Bušat, the construction of several wastewater treatment plants "mainly in Volujica", the Recycling Center as part of the Regional Sanitary Landfill "Možura"; improvement of the center of Ostros with reconstruction of the market, kindergarten in Topolica for 350 children, gymnasium of the school in Mrkojevići; construction of a purchasing center for local agricultural producers in Mrkojevići, formation of the Institute for Archaeological Research, construction of an indoor Olympic swimming pool...
"If someone is ready to sell his voice and soul for a few meters of asphalt or sewage pipes, good luck to him. If he thinks that the current government in Bar is doing something to him that is not their duty, then there is no help for him. Later it will be the turn of traitors and the others. That's where the filling comes in, in the form of intimidation, blackmail, threats and a list of eligible and safe voters. Whoever doesn't fit in "smartly" and decide, will suffer. Does anyone else have the right to doubt "fair" and "free" elections? Oh, his poor mother," concluded Vojvodić.
