Boško Laketić, a candidate for councilor and head of the election staff of the GP URA in Mojkovac, announced that "DPS with its satellites" submitted a list that he "obviously barely put together".
Laketić wonders how DPS, SD and LP collected signatures "if they couldn't find 10 women to be on their list".
He stated that there are eight women on the list of DPS, SD, LP, that is, 25,8 percent of the total list, which violated the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, which states that at least 30 percent of women must be on the list.
"The synonym for DPS in Mojkovac is fake diplomas, so it is not surprising that these "fake diplomas" are not capable of reading the Law and that they cannot compensate for their shortcomings in forming the list by circumventing the legal regulations, because not all of them are so famous as they are that they do not notice it For someone who is not able to read the law, you can imagine how he leads and how he would lead the municipality. However, the DPS always had problems with the laws of the country, which according to their story they love a lot, which of course are mutually exclusive, and they will only have when the Prosecutor's Office is voted advice and the hand of justice will finally reach everyone," said Laketić.
He appealed to the Municipal Election Commission of Mojkovac to keep in mind that "this kind of DPS list cannot be accepted because it violates the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament".
"The height of culture in a society is determined based on the attitude towards women, so I remind the public that 42 percent of the list of the Civic Movement URA in Mojkovac is made up of women, which is significantly more than the norm stipulated by law, and we are proud of that fact. Women are the pillars of every society, every family, including the URE in Mojkovac," concluded Laketić.
