The State Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Damjan Ćulafić, who was authorized by Minister Vesna Bratić to answer the questions that should have been put to her, shamelessly attacked the honor and dignity of the dismissed directors of educational institutions, without blinking an eye untruths related to their resolutions.
This was said by the deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Marta Šćepanović.
Ćulafić said that it is incorrect that the minister made appointments based on party affiliation, and that staff were appointed based on results and competencies.
"After the dust that arose due to the illegal removal of directors, it is necessary to be a person deprived of dignity and with an enormous dose of hypocrisy, and in Parliament, in front of the camera lens, in front of the Montenegrin public, brazenly, without any evidence, attack the dignity and honor of former directors, claiming that they were removed because of unscrupulous work and bad results, without it being a question of political revanchism. While the newly appointed directors were probably appointed based on results and competence, and not on the basis of political affiliation? Or maybe their seniority in Litija was a personnel advantage," Šćepanović said.
He states that the only justification for Ćulafić is that he took office a month ago, "and that he spent the last year, uninterested in the activities of the new government, miles away from Montenegro".
"In any other case, he would have known that the dismissals of school principals, both in Kolašin and in other cities, are exclusively politically motivated, and are the result of brutal political persecution of persons who performed their work responsibly, honorably and honestly. Their only sin was that they the position of director appointed by the former government".
She told him to be happy to present to him all the circumstances related to the dismissal and appointment of the director: from how the citizens of Kolašin knew the exact names of the future directors for months in advance, through which party key was used during the appointment, how much and what each party entity received, to of who is related to whom and relatives.
"And believe us, there is no citizen of Kolašin who does not know this. Until then, for your sake, we ask you to refrain from such public appearances in which you insult the intelligentsia and supporters of the party of which you are an exponent, and after which, from the very respectable position you hold, you look , not to use a harsher term, extremely frivolous," Šćepanović concluded.
