The President of Kotor Municipality Vladimir Jokić called the fact that the fans of Red Star insulted the Montenegrin water polo coach Mirko Vičević with fascist slogans as a disgrace and shame.
"Sanctioning the culprits and organizers of this evil plan is the least that officials are obliged to do. Full support for Mirko Vičević," Jokić wrote on Facebook.
